Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the grastelino.top website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and grastelino.top Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 64253917.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the grastelino.top website.

Description of Services

All services are subject to separate service agreements and specifications as agreed upon with individual clients.

User Obligations

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Intellectual Property

The grastelino.top website and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are owned by grastelino.top Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for its intended purpose. This licence does not include any right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software

Any custom solutions developed for clients remain the intellectual property of grastelino.top unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to grastelino.top in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. grastelino.top Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the services

No advice or information obtained from grastelino.top or through our services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless grastelino.top Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • All rights and licences granted to you will cease immediately
  • You must cease all use of our services and return any confidential information
  • Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

Force Majeure

grastelino.top shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and grastelino.top Ltd regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and grastelino.top.
